Jakarta – Prabowo Subianto, the elected president for 2024-2029, appreciates the hard work of the Golkar Party in fighting alongside the Prabowo-Gibran pair in the 2024 election contest.
According to Prabowo, the Golkar Party played an important role, especially during the campaign. Although Prabowo has not had the opportunity to visit all regions.
“The role of the Golkar Party is very important, the hard work that I have done in the campaign and I apologize to many regions that I have not had the chance to visit. God willing, after this we will greet other regions,” said Prabowo.
Prabowo said that in the future, there is a need for continuous cooperation with the Golkar Party to support and remind each other to continue the leadership estate of the previous president.
“I ask the Golkar family to always be together, to look forward to a better future with full determination to help this country, to fill what is not perfect, to increase efficiency, we must continue to fight against corruption. We fight against poverty with all the existing programs, we believe and are optimistic,” said Prabowo.
Prabowo, who is also an alumni of the Golkar Party, said he learned a lot from this party until he was able to establish and grow his own party, Gerindra.
“I thank the Golkar Party, as Golkar alumni, thank you. How we must learn, there is a lot of knowledge. That’s why it’s better to have Golkar with us than not to have Golkar with us,” Prabowo concluded. (SENOPATI)
