Jakarta – Prabowo Subianto has confirmed his commitment to continue the programs that have been carried out by President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) if he and Gibran Rakabuming Raka are elected as president and vice president for the 2024-2029 period.
“I am committed to continuing his (Jokowi’s) programs,” said Prabowo in his speech at the ‘Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka’s Peak Speech for Indonesian Youth’ event at JCC Senayan, Central Jakarta, Saturday (27/1).
Prabowo said that the reason he wants to continue Jokowi’s leadership is because he sees Jokowi’s performance in leading Indonesia.
“I convey, in Mr. Jokowi’s heart there are the red and white of Indonesia’s flag, and in Mr. Jokowi’s heart there are Pancasila, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika (Unity in Diversity), those are my words to him, you can check,” said Prabowo.
He continued that he will continue to strive so that all of Indonesia’s prosperity can be felt by the entire Indonesian people evenly.
